How long before I receive my order?
currently my shipping time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks. I try to process all orders in a timely manner but if your case requires charms that i do not have in stock that will delay how fast i can ship your order out.

What if my charms come off?
I try to insure that all pieces put on items will not easily fall off or become loose, but in the event they do any super glue will hold the piece in place.

How do i clean my case?
====DO NOT SUBMERGE CASE IN WATER====
Before applying any cleaning solution to case, apply to a small area to test it. You can also use unscented wet wipes to clean case, or a small toothbrush to get into the crevices.

Is this case durable? 
YES! I use pieces that are high quality to insure that all pieces put on will not easily fall off or become loose

Can i order a design that you have already made?
Yes! I can remake any design shown on my website, however the design may vary slightly depending on your phone size.

Can I return my case?
